SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A quest for answers!

The demotion of South Bend's Police Chief caught the city off guard.

Now, we are taking your questions to the mayor's office.

ABC57 News is sorting through the details surrounding the dismissal of South Bend Police Chief Darryl Boykins.

The chief was demoted last week to captain, and the mayor said it is because of a federal investigation.

We have a list of questions for the mayor, including -- Did the chief do anything wrong?

Our questions have gone ignored, so we waded through all of the formal requests, and then, went right to the mayor's office.
