A wetter, windier evening, much cooler Thursday

Tonight: Rainy and windy, downpours with possible thunder could produce more than a half inch of rain by Thursday morning. The wind will gust more than 30 mph as the storm system and cold front move through the area. Temperatures fall into Thursday morning. 

Thursday is a raw, damp, and breezy day. Temperatures fall from the mid-40s early morning to the upper-30s by the evening. Rain and drizzle may start to mix with some snowflakes Thursday night. The weather does improve slightly Friday, with sunshine and highs in the 40s. The overall pattern to start April is still mostly wet. With showers Saturday and most of next week.
