ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - St. Joseph County Judge Jason Cichowicz is now back on the bench after serving a 45-day suspension for judicial misconduct ordered by the Indiana Supreme Court.
The allegations stemmed from his long relationship with a former client named Russell Cartwright who passed away in October 2023. Now, it looks like Judge Cichowicz will inherit Cartwright's multimillion-dollar estate while still working on other people's wills, trusts and estates as a Probate Court Judge.
