Andy Rutten of St. Joseph County Council to host meeting for proposed Railroad Expansion

St. Jospeh County Council MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Andy Rutten of the St. Joseph County Council will be hosting a public community meeting at the St. Mark Missionary Church from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on March 23.
Attendees will receive information about the proposed Railroad Expansion along Capital Avenue.
Public questions will be available after the presentation.
