Attorney says West, Texas fertilizer plant had low liability insurance

WEST, Texas — According to the attorney for Adair Grain, Inc., the fertilizer company that owned the plant that exploded in West, Texas, the company only had a million dollars in liability insurance before that explosion.
It's estimated the blast cost more than $100 million in damage.
