Bed bugs allegedly found in Indy hotel

INDIANAPOLIS -- A weekend trip at an Indy water-park was spoiled when hotel guests woke up covered with tiny bites from bed bugs.

According to our affiliate WRTV, guests checked into Caribbean Cove this weekend and checked out with bites on their backs and arms.  But even as hotel staff went through the sheets they denied that there were any bugs.

"Two people stayed up all night because they were afraid to go to sleep because of bed bugs and people got bit," said a spokesperson for Caribbean Cove.

Internet reviews of the hotel, which used to be owned by Holiday Inn, show past guests also complained of bugs.
