Boaters missing after deadly crash

WORTH, Ill. ---  Two people were killed when a boat slammed into a barge Friday night. The bodies were pulled out of the water Saturday morning. Two or three victims are still missing.

According to police they towed a 19-foot boat out of the water that had damage to it around 11 p.m Friday. They said the boat collided head on with a barge.

"We're looking at it as there's five people on board until we can prove otherwise," Illinois Conservation Police Officer Sergeant Bill Shannon said.

The victims whose bodies were pulled out of the water were not wearing life jackets.
