Bomb scare at Washington High School

Washington High School in South Bend was placed on lockdown Wednesday afternoon.
South Bend Community Schools Communications Specialist Mindy Valentiny said the school was placed on lockdown around 2:45 p.m. after someone called in a bomb threat.
Students were dismissed one school bus at a time around 3:20 p.m.
South Bend Police have cleared the scene.
