NILES, Mich.--- A Brandywine Middle/High School teacher is on administrative leave after a video was released showing him allegedly trying to solicit sex from who he thought was a 14 year old girl. Patrick Stier was caught on camera by the group "Bikers Against Predators" in a South Bend hotel on April 2nd..

Bikers Against Predators is not affiliated with any law enforcement entity, but set up the sting style operation that caught Stier admitting that he solicited sex with a girl he thought was 14 years old. The video also shows Stier admitting to sending sexually explicit photos of himself to the girl.

"My daughter didn’t want to go to school today but I told her that he will no longer be there and when I saw the video I told her it would be ok and that I’ll make sure the district knows and that she would not be returning until he is gone," said one parent who did not want to be identified but says she withdrew her daughter from Stier's class prior to the video surfacing because she did not feel safe or comfortable.

Brandywine Schools sent a notice to parents on Sunday saying that Stier was placed on leave and the district was cooperating with law enforcement in addition to conducting an investigation of its own.

"There’s a few parents that I spoke to and their concern it’s a swept under the rug kind of issue and he’ll be able to still teach," said a parent.

At this point Stier is not facing any criminal charges.

"I think he should go to jail, he should no longer teach, no longer be around kids, but I feel bad for his family," said a parent.
