After closure in 2020, YMCA reopens in downtown
MISHAWAKA, Ind. - Fir Road has been closed between University Drive and Douglass road after the pavement buckled Saturday afternoon.
The Mishawaka Engineering Department says the extreme heat from over the weekend caused the cement under the road to buckle.

Officials say crews worked on the road Monday morning, and now it is curing.
The road will reopen on Tuesday.
