Cass County Drug Enforcement Team assists in drug bust

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – On March 6 the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team arrested a suspect after finding drugs at a residence in Howard Township.
The Drug Enforcement Team, Cass County Sheriff’s Office, and the Michigan Department of Corrections all worked together during the search, which took place in the 1300 block of Zeilke Road.
After allegedly finding methamphetamine, cocaine, and paraphernalia, a 39-year-old female was arrested on charges of possession. The woman’s name is being withheld until her arraignment in court.
