Cassopolis is hosting a COVID-19 Booster & Flu Shot clinic

CASSPOPLIS, Mich. -- The Cassopolis Family Clinic Network is holding an on-site Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine and flu shot clinic at the Cassopolis Family Clinic and the Niles Community Health Center.

The vaccine clinic will take place at both locations Saturday November 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Those who wish to get the COVID-19 Moderna booster vaccine must meet the following criteria:

• 65 years or older
• 18 years and older who live in long-term care settings
• 18 years and older with underlying medical conditions
• 18 years or older who work or live in high-risk settings

In addition to the Moderna vaccine there will be a flu vaccine available for any one six months and older who want to receive the yearly dose.

Anyone receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine should bring their vaccination card and insurance information with them.

It is safe to get the booster and a flu shot the same day and participants do not need to be patients of the Cassopolis Family Clinic Network.
