Catalytic converter stolen from business’s school bus

ELKHART, Ind. – A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a business’s school bus on Monday, the Elkhart Police Department reported.

At 7:23 a.m., an officer was called to Kids City USA on Simpson Avenue for a catalytic converter theft report.

The day care owner said the catalytic converter was stolen from the business’s white 2010 Ford Econoline bus between February 27 and March 6.

Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage.

This is an ongoing investigation.
