Charges filed in murder of David Locey

STURGIS, Mich. -- First degree premeditated murder and felony firearm charges have been filed against Andy Brown in the murder of David Locey at his office on October 2, 2013, according to the St. Joseph County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
The embezzlement charges against Brown have been dismissed because more investigation needs to be done.
Brown will be in court October 29 at 1 p.m.
