Colorado shooting suspect due back in court

AURORA, Colo. -- The man accused of being behind the movie massacre will appear in court again.
James Holmes will find out which charges he will face. Holmes is currently looking at 12 counts of first degree murder and 58 counts of attempted murder.
Plus he also booby trapped his apartment with the intent to kill whoever walked in.
The first named victim of the shootings was laid to rest Saturday. Hundreds came together to celebrate Jessica Ghawi's life in San Antonio.
She was one of three victims now buried.
