Community holds vigil for teen who committed suicide

MARION, Ind. — An Indiana community is grieving after a junior high student took her own life on campus grounds.

School officials say a 14-year-old girl committed suicide near the school's football field in Marion, Indiana.

They say she disappeared from class. About a half hour later, they heard commotion from the football bleachers and saw that she had hanged herself.

The community held a vigil for the teen on Tuesday.
