Congressman Joe Donnelly stopped by Hope Rescue Ministries

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Local Congressman Joe Donnelly was in the giving mood Saturday morning.
He stopped in at the Hope Rescue Ministries to shake hands with many community members. He believes a key ingredient to the Christmas spirit is helping the community.
Donnelly and his family also made stops at Memorial Hospital to give gifts to the kids, and the Center of the Homeless to wish residents a Merry Christmas as well.
