Construction causing congestion on Cleveland

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Construction continues this week near Gumwood and Cleveland Roads.
The construction is causing major congestion at the busy St. Joseph County intersection.
Some people are calling it a nightmare, taking over half an hour to get through that point during rush hour.
There are no detour signs to avoid the area.
Construction work on Gumwood is supposed to be done by Friday.
