GOSHEN, Ind. - The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says all lanes of State Road 119 at County Road 19 are back open after a large truck crashed.
It happened near around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.
INDOT says there was diesel fuel all over the road, which had to be cleaned up before the road could be reopened.
The majority of the fuel was cleaned up and the truck was removed from the roadway by 9:45 a.m. but crews were still on scene waiting for HAZMAT.
Officials say the semi driver, Larry D. Martin, 52, was heading westbound on State Road 119 when his vehicle went off the road and hit a utility pole.
The driver of the truck was not injured in the crash.
It is not clear what caused him to drive off the road.
