MISHAWAKA, Ind. – CrossFit South Bend has been working through the pandemic to continue to serve the fitness community. The gym offers social distanced classes with frequent sanitization and mask wearing. Most recently, the gym installed ionizing fans to clean the air and help with air circulation. As 2021 approaches, the gym also offers personal at home programs for people who maybe uncomfortable taking a class in person. The at home programs can be found here.
Tuesday, CEO Brandon Wilton, showed ABC57 some at home moves people can try from their own homes. No equipment necessary.
