Cyclospora parasite found in 16 states

CDC officials say they have 400 cases of a mysterious illness in 16 states.
It is a parasite that causes a stomach bug much like the flu.
No cases have been reported in Indiana or Michigan.
Health officials are still trying to track down how the illness is spreading.
In the past, it has been linked to contaminated produce.
