ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- Pleasant weather moves in, but Lake Michigan will be very dangerous all weekend long.
Do not be fooled by the nice weather this weekend!
High waves and strong winds will create dangerous conditions on the big lake today and this weekend.
Red flags will be flying today and Saturday with strong rip-currents likely.
Sunday is expected to have a moderate swimming risk right now, but that too could eventually have a high risk.
Do not go swimming this weekend as waves will be up to 5 feet.
This cooler and refreshing weekend will be better for a campfire rather than the beach.
