Detroit judge scrutinized for bare-chested photo

DETROIT, Mich. -- A Detroit judge could face disciplinary action after sending a racy photo.
The husband of a bailiff who works with the judge found a picture of Wade McCree in her cell phone.
When confronted about it, McCree told the Detroit Fox station quote, "I’ve got no shame in my game."
A lawyer and friend of McCree's said he took the picture two years ago after running in a marathon and he was just proud of how fit he was.
