Does eating food that tastes good actually makes you hungrier?

There is scientific proof to support the idea that tasty food makes you hungry.

Researchers found out that after you eat tasty food, a hormone called Grehlin actually increases.

The hormone is responsible for making you hungry.

The same research found out that if you eat healthy or more bland foods, it will decrease your hunger and the amount of Grehlin in your system.
