Driver accused of running over 21-year-old will not face charges

BERRIEN COUNTY -- The driver accused of running over a 21-year-old Michigan man will not face charges.
Tyler Carr's body as found in a field near Pipestone Township in mid-March.
An autopsy showed he was hit by a car after leaving a party.
Police say it was an accident.
And the driver did not even realize he hit Carr.
