Drought causes food prices to jump 10 percent in July

The summer of droughts and extreme temperatures made prices jump by double digits in July.

The World Bank says that globally food prices jumped 10 percent in July.

Prices could also spike past record levels that were set in 2008.

The record food prices caused riots to break out in parts of the world.
