Flooding remains a threat into Wednesday
Though Indiana teams had a chance last week to play under the Friday Night Lights, teams in Michigan had to wait a few more days.
Some teams got in on the action early though, playing their season openers on Thursday night.
Last year's state runner-up Edwardsburg made a big statement by starting 2018 with a 55-0 win over Allegan. Elsewhere in the Wolverine Conference, Dowagiac topped Vicksburg on Senior Night 54-14.
