ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Parks is offering a Survival Skills: Fire Making workshop on Feb. 21 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Baldwin One Room School House. 

Attendees will learn how to make fire through hands-on practice of tried-and-true methods, such as flint and steel, and bow drill.

Bushcraft instructor, Jim Doty, will help guide the class and all supplies will be provided.
