Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office looking for person wanted for sexual misconduct with a minor

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 25-year-old Jose Garcia, who is wanted for three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
Garcia is described as 5’11”, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
