ELKHART, Ind. -- An Elkhart man faces accusations of molesting a middle school girl in a church.

Investigators say 19-year-old Antonio Mikell was in the same bible study class as the alleged 13-year-old victim. Mikell allegedly entered the girl's bathroom and assaulted the victim during a break. Officials say security footage they viewed appears to show the victim leaving the bathroom, with Mikell following seconds later.

Investigators allege Mikell admitted to meeting the girl in the bathroom; he allegedly claimed the incident was consensual, but also allegedly admitted he knew her age.
