Elkhart Parks announce summer activities

ELKHART, Ind. – If your family is looking to cool off from the summer heat, Elkhart Parks Department announced their aquatic facilities for the steamy season.

Elkhart’s Park Department created four splash-themed parks for safe and cool fun for residents.

Ideal Beach Water Park

Located on Ideal Beach Road, the park will be open June 2^nd to August 12^th.

Hours:

• Monday – Friday, Sunday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

McNaughton Spray Park

McNaughton Spray Park will open June 2^nd through August 12^th. The park is located on Arcade Avenue.

Hours:

• Every day: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

NIBSCO Splash Pad

The grand opening of the park on NIBCO Parkway is on June 2^nd and will run through September 3^rd.

Hours:

• Every day: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Pierre Moran Pool

The pool is on Wolf Avenue and will open June 2^nd to August 12^th.

Hours:

• Monday-Saturday: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Sunday: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
