ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.-- For many, the Coronavirus outbreak is going to be a time they’ll always remember.
In Indiana and Michigan, families are under a stay at home order to flatten the curve in the fight against the COVID-19.
Many in Michiana want to document the situation and Nicole Hardy, photographer and owner of Impulse Imagery wants to help make that happen while helping out the community.
With smiles, a furry friend, or even holding toilet paper, each family who has had their 'porch picture taken' made a donation for their session towards the COVID-19 relief fund at the United Way of Elkhart County.
Hardy stands about 20-30 feet away for the quick five minute session.
Hardy says about 40 to 50 families have already taken part in the quick drive-by sessions.
“It’s documenting this time in history. This is a huge thing that we’re always going to remember. So I can document it, and have that photo for you to remember all this by then I think that’s great," said Hardy.
If you want donate and have your family's porch picture taken, you can find a link to Nicole Hardy at impulse imagery here.
