Elkhart teen recieves new car for good attendance

ELKHART, Ind. -- A Elkhard teen has just recieved a new car that did not cost HER mom and dad a dime.
Elina Ulmer won a drawing for a Dodge Stratus Tuesday at Elkhart Memorial High School.
Students with less than two absences for the entire school year were entered into the drawing.
108 students were eligible.
"Getting in trouble is not my thing. Education is important," said Ulmer.
The car keys will have to wait. Ulmer is just 15-years-old and does not have her driver's permit.
