Excise Police arrest 72 during Michigan-Notre Dame weekend

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Excise police decided to tweet about how many other people got in trouble this weekend.
They tweeted that their officers arrested 72 people on 99 charges at Notre Dame.
During tailgating before the Michigan game, they arrested 41 people.
