Multiple people injured in South Bend crash

SOUTH BEND, Ind.  -- The St. Joseph County FACT team is investigating a crash involving a red SUV and a white car. It happened near the intersection of Miami and Kern Road around 1:15 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. 

One of the vehicles had one person inside, and the other had four people in the car. 

South Bend police say multiple people were injured in the crash.  

All five people were taken to the hospital.

Police say three are in critical condition.
