Faith Mission helps those needing a warm bed or meal

ELKHART, Ind. -- The Faith Mission in Elkhart has 145 residents and they are prepared for anyone who needs to get out of the snow and cold weather.



Faith Mission is a Christ based shelter offering a roof, bed, clothing, and a warm meal to anyone in need.



Through a winter amnesty program, they are able to accept all who are without a home.



Charlie Dublo is now working at Faith Mission for the second time and says they will always have a warm meal ready.



"There are a lot of hungry people out here and the mission really appreciates all the donations they get. If it was not for the Faith Mission, a lot of people wouldn't eat. And I am sure they are very grateful for that, this is a great place," said Dublo.



Faith Mission is at 801 Benham Avenue in Elkhart.
