Father continues search for two missing toddler, mom won't reveal location

A father is desperately searching for his two missing toddlers.

Sarah and Jacob Hoggle disappeared while with their mother back in September.

The children's mother Catherine Hoggle has been in a Maryland psychiatric hospital and is refusing to reveal where she left the children.

Sarah and Jacob's father Troy Turner is asking for help, and says he will not give up the search for his children until he finds them.

“I just want everyone to know how much I appreciate this community, all that they've done so far. We definitely 100 percent believe that my babies are out there. We are going to continue to look for them until we bring them home.”

Catherine is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and is undergoing evaluations.  

She is scheduled to make an appearance in court in January.
