Fight club Michiana style

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- For those of you who want more of a hard hitting event, The Century Center was the place to be Saturday night.
The Michiana Fight League put on one of their mixed martial arts events.
Sixty fighters from all across Michiana came together to throw some punches.
Organizers just can't believe how popular this sport is becoming.
" We try to create a venue so that those that are up-and-coming and wanna turn professional at some point and time, this gives them an opportunity to see where they're at and where their skills lie," says promoter Michael Brown.
All the money raised went to the Michiana Fight League so they can continue putting on these events.
