Fire training to take place at South Bend Regional

SOUTH BEND — Fire training exercises will take place Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at South Bend Regional Airport.
Firefighters will use the live fire training facility near the northwest corner of the airfield.
The annual exercises allow aircraft rescue firefighters to practice handling large liquid fuel fires.
