Flags to be lowered half mast on Friday

LANSING, Mich. -- Flags will be lowered across the state of Michigan Friday for Officer O'Rourke.
The governor made the order for all state buildings.
O'Rourke was the very first officer with the West Bloomfield Police Department to be killed in the line of duty.
He was a 12 year veteran of the police force.
