We caught up with Flavor 574's Marshall King to talk about the legendary Fair Pork Burger.
It's been a staple of the Elkhart County 4-H Fair for decades and has become a fan-favorite.
It has made some changes over the years, with less fat on the meat.
The pork burger comes from Mishler's in LaGrange and is making a massive production move, available in stores like Martin's.
