Flooding reported in all Michiana counties

Flooding is being reported in all Michiana counties while torrential downpours have forced drivers off the bypass.
There are power outage reports for nearly 20,000 people and I&M customers.
Some areas of Marshall County have been hit with torrential downpours including more than two inches of rainfall in the past couple of hours.
This is happening in areas that have already experienced heavy flooding throughout the month.
