Food Bank of Northern Indiana releases distribution sites for September 7-11

The Food Bank of Northern Indiana released the times and locations where they will be distributing free boxes of food for the week of September 7-11.

This is a drive-through distribution of pre-boxed and pre-bagged items.

The boxes are free and will be distributed first come, first served, up to 400 households while supplies last.

Tuesday, September 8, 2020- LaPorte County

10 a.m. – Noon EDT

WHERE: Marquette Mall, 201 W. US 20 (outside of J.C. Penney) Michigan City, IN 46360

Thursday, September 10, 2020- Marshall County

10 a.m. – Noon CDT

WHERE: Triton Jr. /Sr. High School, 300 Triton Drive, Bourbon, IN 46504

Thursday, September 10, 2020- St. Joseph County

3 p.m.-- 5 p.m. EDT

WHERE: Food Bank of Northern Indiana, 702 Chapin Street, South Bend, IN 46601

Friday, September 11, 2020- Starke County

10 a.m. – Noon CDT

WHERE: Knox United Methodist Church, 210 S. Shield Street, Knox, IN 46534. This mobile will also distribute dry goods.

This will be a drive-thru distribution. Please remain in your vehicle and pop open your trunk to receive your items. An area will be available to load items if your trunk does not open.
