Forbes: Elkhart one of the "Best Places to Live Cheaply" in U.S.

Forbes Magazine has ranked Elkhart tenth for the “Best Places to Live Cheaply in the U.S.” 

The list is based on housing affordability, cost of living, unemployment, quality of schools and crime. 

Sandusky, Ohio -- home to Cedar Point -- topped the list. 

Kokomo came in at number four.
