SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The fourth annual Vibes Music Festival will be held at Howard Park today!
The music will begin at 1 p.m. and will continue playing until 10 p.m.
One of the event's organizers, Dezha Moore, spoke to Gordy Young about the Festival this morning.
It costs $20 to attend the event and children 12 and under can get in for free.
