Free Car Show at Congdon Park Saturday, live music and cash prizes
BRISTOL, Ind. -- The Bristol Public Library and Bristol Parks will host a free family-friendly car show at Congdon Park on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Organizers invite community members to come out to showcase their classic cars, grab food from local vendors, and enjoy live blues, classic rock, and oldies performed by local band P.T. and the Cruisers.
Food vendors to be there include Bristol Eastern Star, Rulli's Pizza, Sky's Catering, and Kona Ice.
Organizers say there will also be craft and antique vendors and a swap meet.
There will be cash prizes for selected cars and a Rev Match at noon.
If you're interested in being a vendor, it's $20 per space. The proceeds go back to funding the car show. Organizers say it's free to show your car.
If you're interested in vending or showing your car, you're asked to call (574) 848-7458.
The first 100 cars to arrive will receive a dash plaque.
The first-place prize includes having your car showcased on next year's flyer.
You can check out the official Facebook event page for further details and updates.
Congdon Park is located at 200 N. Division St. in Bristol.
