Gas prices lower as record Thanksgiving travel day begins

It's a very busy travel week for many Americans. Many are driving many miles to see family and friends and they could be seeing relief at the pump.

AAA says prices are at their lowest in 5 years. You can find gas for as cheap as $2.69 a gallon in Michiana. 

The travel experts project 46 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more this week. That's the highest in 7 years. 

AAA also says 90 percent will travel by car.
