Goshen City Council unanimously passed sidewalk ordinance

GOSHEN, Ind. -- If you live in Goshen, you will need to make sure your sidewalks are clear.
The Goshen City Council unanimously passed an ordinance on Tuesday night that prevents people from blocking sidewalks.
The idea has been tossed around for a couple of months, due to growing problems with teenagers at First Friday events in downtown.
The ordinance will be revisited in November.
