Goshen Community Schools will extend virtual learning for grades 7-12

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – Goshen Community Schools have announced that they are extending virtual learning for grades 7-12 until January 19.

This announcement comes after Elkhart County returned to the “red” category since area hospitals are at or over capacity

GCS will re-evaluate the conditions in mid-January.

If Elkhart County has not returned to “orange” by January 19, then grades 7-12 will continue virtual instruction.

Grades K-6 and The Merit Center will continue in-person learning after the holiday break and will be returning Wednesday, January 6.

Students are expected to attend school five days a week.
