Gov. Snyder repeals Michigan helmet law

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan bikers can now ride without a helmet.
Gov. Rick Snyder repealed the 45-year-old law on Thursday.
There are a few restrictions:
- You must be 21 years of age
- You must have two years of experience riding a motorcycle
- You must have additional medical coverage
